  1. Purposes of processing, legal basis for processing and data categories

The data will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), in order to take action before the conclusion of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) or on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator, which is to provide an answer to the message and, when necessary, to establish, assert or defend the claims of each party (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

Your personal data will be processed until the end of the purpose for which they were collected (until the end of negotiations and / or within the time guaranteeing the investigation or defense of claims) or, in the case of consent to marketing activities, until the consent is withdrawn (this can be done at any time by contacting us via the contact details provided in point 2 above).

  1. Data recipients and data transfer to third countries

Access to personal data will be granted to authorized employees and associates of the administrator, entrepreneurs cooperating with Global Prospect Sp z o.o., as well as service providers used by the administrator (e.g. website maintenance, IT systems).

Countries outside the EEA may not offer the same level of personal data protection as EEA countries. Before your personal data is transferred outside the EEA, Global Prospect Sp. z o.o. will make every effort to ensure that such transfer does not lead to a reduction in the level of your protection, guaranteed under the regulations in force in countries belonging to the EEA. In the case of transfer of your personal data outside the EEA, their transfer will take place on the basis of standard contractual clauses in the field of data protection adopted by the European Commission. Based on personal data, no automated decisions will be made, including profiling.
